Visit the 'Starting points' page. For specific help, use the menu on the left - with a hand-built A to Z index and a 'Search'. Here's help with ways to use these pages.
If you're a student, you can unlock your Bath Spa University account yourself. For other IT problems, staff should log a job with the helpdesk: students should please contact SOACS.
If you use IT equipment, think low energy systems, and about where the power will be coming from in the future. Here's one possibility.
