You're using a set of help pages primarily written for staff at Bath Spa University: if you're not part of Bath Spa University but find them useful yourself please feel welcome to continue.

If you've problems with your computer account, or IT related problems, contact the IT helpdesk.

If you're staff, and you have a training related enquiry, contact me via email if possible: the nature of my job means that I am not always near a phone (Tel 5751).

If you have what you feel is a silly or basic difficulty with IT, perhaps so silly that you are too mortified to share it with anyone else, please ask away - I might well laugh but it won't be at you ...
