Suggestion, discuss this with others so that they know. Make sure you know your phone PIN. Practise this before Thursday, log out and back in again, so you know how to log in to your phone, and can help others. If you need help with this, ask a work colleague before asking the helpdesk - 500 calls to the helpdesk about this will prevent the helpdesk themselves from being effective.

Some background - as part of introducing the new phones, blanket changes have to be made to the system and we need to log out every phone for this. Hence you'll need to log yourself back in again.
