Entourage
'Entourage' is Microsoft's 'Exchange client for the mac' - so you'd suspect it would work like Outlook.
However, it doesn't work like 'Outlook'. You'll find that there's various commonplace things you can't do from 'Entourage' - such as manage personal distribution lists.
While it's ok to use 'Entourage' for email, understanding why it doesn't work as it perhaps should would involve you in serious geekiness.
The University is investigating other options in addition to 'Entourage' - such as providing 'Outlook' itself to OS X users via a remote desktop session. Watch this space for more information and less geekery.
