Finding text in the current web page

What it is
Finds instances of text in the current web page
Useful for ...
... when using Minerva, if you have many Minerva modules, bring up the list and then do a search for the module code, Firefox will locate the link to the module.
How to use it
Use 'Find as you type' as follows:

  • On your keyboard, press the Control key and 'f' (or a forward slash) and the 'Find as you type dialogue appears at the foot of the web page.
  • Type your text into the box, and instances of it on the page are found - step from one to the next using the F3 function key. Other controls on the Find bar will highlight all instances of the text for you.
