For 2009 - the SOACS provision is reduced on the 2008 pattern, the main changes being that you'll now find SOACS at Newton Park only - and with 1 SOACS rather than 2 between 9am and 11am and also 3pm to 7pm.

Use 5575 from any University phone. You'll find phones in many of the open access rooms.
Who?
These are students with proven IT flair, ability or qualifications, (or even all three) - and also good communication skills. They're employed by the university to offer support to other students. Don't expect them to be able to solve every problem, but those they cannot resolve they can refer efficiently to others.
